Insurance: Call the number on the back of your insurance card and directly ask a representative if your plan covers the cost of childbirth education.
Spending Account: Call your HSA/FSA plan administrator to verify birth class reimbursement and find out what documentation you’ll need to provide.
Enroll in Unmedicated Academy. Then email hello@unmedicatedgirlies.com to request any documentation your insurance company and/or HSA/FSA needs for reimbursement.
Submit the required paperwork and documentation to your insurance company/spending account, and wait for your refund!

Self Paced Curriculum
You are never on your own, you'll be able to get all the answers on everything from prenatal vitamins, to strange aches and pains, to all the natural remedies for... well, everything.
Q&A Sessions
Yes, you'll learn how to have an unmedicated birth in the hospital, but also all about genetic testing, ultrasounds, newborn procedures, VBAC redflags, breastfeeding and what to prep for postpartum.
BONUS TRAININGS
You'll have individualized support from your unmedicated girlie ambassador from now til your baby is here, way more than the standard 7 minute OB appointment.
